[SOLVED] headset or mic won't work computer. [Says "Not plugged in, Audio Services not responding"]

This started earlier today while I was playing games. Then all of a sudden my sound had just stopped. I've tried many basic ways to try and fix it but still nothing is working. If I go to my playback and recording devices there is no little bar on the right to indicate it is working. Everytime I hover over the sound icon with a little red x next to it, it just says no speakers or headphones are plugged in. Everytime I try trouble shooting it pops up with Audio Services not responding. I have a blue yeti mic and a hyper x, the hyper x is plugged into the audio jack on the bottom of the blue yeti.

Yes, I have also tried to restart my audio services. It is doing the same thing with my moniter it has built in audio capability but nothing will come out. The only thing that has the bars next to it is Digital Audio (S/PDIF)

When I go into my properties and then levels there is nothing there. I tried my headset on another device and it seems to work but I try and use another headset jack still nothing works.
