which thermal paste

i am using i7 4790k with it's small heat sink which it came with.... now i want to put corsair h80i v2 on this cpu... should i use this collers pre-applied paste or should i buy another thermal paste.. if another thermal paste then which one?

Just use the preapplied, if you're not satisfied with the results then get some aftermarket paste. I'd get the 3.5g just because it's nice to have some extra paste laying around just in case.

Arctic Silver 5 AS5-3.5G Thermal Paste is for 1200rs and Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Paste OEM Packaging -1 gram is for 399rs..... should i buy 3.5 gram or 1gram??????
