Gaming System Randomly Shuts Off

Hey Guys,
So recently I've been encountering more and more problems with my PC. Initially, while playing War Thunder, my computer would randomly just cut off video signal to the monitor. I know the system is still running, given that I could still hear my friends in Discord, but they couldn't hear me. A few seconds later, everything would cut off. Then, I ended up having to downgrade to 8 GB of RAM, since for whatever reason, my Maximus VIII doesnt work well with 16 (which isn't a huge deal.) I thought I fixed the problem by finally undervolting my CPU, given that it was running at 1.48 V (which I have no idea why, it shipped like that,) Down to around 1.32 using AI Suite 3. I also used Geforce Experience to update my drivers, but to no avail. I've tried messing with the BIOS, but I want to hear what you guys have to say before I go into something so detailed.
TL;DR
Computer Randomly stops sending video signal, and freezes a few seconds later. Tried undervolting and remained stable until just recently, where the problem would persist. Thermal Throttling is very unlikely given that I have an NH-D14 cooling my system, and my ambient is nowhere near hot enough to warrant hitting those kind of temps. Wanted to hear what you guys thought before I looked into it some more.
SPECS
Core i7 6700K @4.2 Ghz 1.42 Max Voltage (can't get in any lower in BIOS, not sure how)
8 GB Kingston HyperX Black DDR4 2667 RAM
Noctua NH-D14
Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti
Enermax Platimax 80+ Platinum 600W PSU
2 Case Fans in Phanteks Eclipse P400

I'd really appreciate getting some help, as I would like to fix this issue as soon as possible.
Thank you in advanced!

Will do. I just went into the BIOS and used manual offset mode to set it down to 1.2, the stock voltage. The VID keeps reading over 1.4 V however. I'm quite confused, but I will be sure to delete all my overclocking profiles, even though I've never even attempted to overclock the processor before.

Ah, I just disabled it in the BIOS. HWMonitor is reporting a 1.216 on the VCORE, Cpu Z is reporting a 1.216 on Core Voltage, but for whatever reason Core Temp 1.3 still states that the VID is over 1.4. Im not sure if this is an instrument error, but I am certain multicore support changed something. HWMonitor is still reporting high voltages on the VID as well, given I just checked. Im not quite sure whats going on.
