This one or http://motherboardbenchmark.net/asrock-b150m-pro4s/
Asus b150m plus vs Asrock b150m-pros4s

Solution
The Asus, no question about it.

-Much better I/O support, with USB 2.0, VGA, DVI, AND HDMI, and the new USB C connetor. It also has one more PCIe lane than the ASrock.

All around you'll get a whole lot more mileage from the Asus, and they make great motherboards.

Can i use 2400 mhz ram on it or 2666 because they are cheaper (2x4) then the 2133 in my country(Bulgaria) a lot cheaper

Either of those boards only officially support DDR4 2133.

That said, most higher-rated RAM modules will automatically set themselves slower. If you were on a serious budget and couldn't afford the DDR4 2133 then there's a good chance that the 2666 will work on your board. That said, the only way to be 100% sure is to either test it out or go with the officialy supported speed.
