If your playing the most demanding games on the market, you should be ok. On CPU stock clocks you might get a tad of a GPU bottleneck, but if you overclock to roughly 4.5ghz, you should be good.

You'll gain very little from a CPU/MB/RAM upgrade, so no, I would not advise you to upgrade.
If you have not done so already, look into overclocking the current CPU, though.
it's mostly okay, you might experience some CPU bottlenecking with newer games (depending on what rez you play on). I'd probably wait for Kaby Lake (a 4 generation upgrade) which should give you some decent stacking improvements.
