i get 100 percent cpu usage and 90 average gpu usage in battlefield 1, all setings maxed out 1080 p , 60 hertz monitor , PLEASE HELP AND ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED

BF1 is just a very CPU demanding game
usually a 6600k+a 1070 is a match made in heaven

try to close background applications before running the game

You should be able to OC to 4+Ghz with a cheap after market heat-sink like the 212+
