I have a 1TB hard drive with windows 10 on it and I was thinking would it work on a new pc? Since windows 10 is pretty new and more advanced than older windows would it work? My new pc parts are:

I5 6500
Cooler Master GeminII M4
Asus Z170-E
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 16GB
Toshiba 1TB Hard Drive
Corsair Carbide 400C
Same PSU
3 Corsair fans

Old Prebuilt:
I3 4160
Asus H81M-E/M52AD/DP_MB
Computers name is K31AD

Will it work and what are the procedures? Do i just need to install the new drivers?

as long as the hard drive is SATA and not IDE it should work just fine, you're going to want to make sure you get rid of all of the old drivers from the original rig. but yes it should boot up just fine.
