Help me with some PSU for rx480

Hello people. I am from India
I am upgrading my pc after 6 years. So I thought of taking some suggestions from you guys.
I bought the Asus dual Rx 480 4gb and asus z170 k Mobo. Also I would for a i5 6600k. Please suggest me with some best PSU (company and model) that would be compatible with my configuration. Also do i need a extra cooler for this setup
PS- I m on a budget.

A CPU cooler? Yes.

EVGA 650 G2, Corsair RM650x, I could go on, but judging from wanting to overclock you'll probably want 650+

You will probably need a cooler, and will definitely need one if you want to overclock. Just pick up a Hyper 212 Evo or 212X. For the PSU, find something from a quality brand like EVGA or Seasonic that's between 500 and 650W and at least 80+ bronze. The EVGA 500B would be fine, the gold psus would be even better.

The idea is to leave some breathing room, upgrade space, etc. I always over-watt, just a personal thing.

That PSU is low quality and you want at least 500W for this system. It will run everything, but spending the extra 10-20% is well worth the insurance of not burning your entire system down.

As you people know that I am on a budget and also I want a best PSU. If I go with 550-600w with 80+ bronze. On the other side I will have to go donwards for 6600 instead of 6600k. Will that be okay?

Yes absolutely, and you will be able to save more considering that you only need a b150 motherboard instead of a z170.

Could be we tend to dislike HEC rebranded power supplies. I shied away from getting one myself as I opted for one with better voltage regulation and I'm satisfied with my choice as Modular / Semi is great for cable management and not blocking off airflow.
