Hi guyz! I want to know about that recently i have bought a 2nd hand HP NC360T PCI-E Dual Port Gigabit Server Adapter and at first i didn't know in what slot should i put it into on my gigabyte ga-h61m ds2 rev3 motherboard but somehow i made it by putting it into my pcie x16 slot and it worked but I want to use pcie x16 slot for my graphic card so is there any way to put that adapter into any other slot of the motherboard with any additional adapter or by buying any additional motherboard slot extender for the adapter.
I've two pcie x1 slots and one pice x16 slot because of micro-ATX form factor of the motherboard and what I think that this gigabit server adapter is for pcie x4 slots..
