Hey, I am trying to delete this folder but I can´t because it says it is already running. I have no background applications and I check my Task manager and all I see are windows process, so how do I delete the folder?

Solution
You can delete the individual files from the drive (In your file explorer window go to view tab, options, change folder and search options and show all hidden and system files in the directory).

At that point the empty directory will not pose a security risk.

Otherwise the easiest option is as posted earlier and to mount the drive to a different computer using a USB to SATA adapter.
You can also boot a live CD of linux, mount the drive as an NTFS partition and delete but the USB/SATA adapter is much easier.

That did not answer my question!

For someone asking for free tech support you sure are ungrateful.
I am not sitting in front of your computer so I cant just look at it and tell you what the problem is, thus I need information from you. I cant tell just magically tell you what is blocking you when I cant see what you see and you do not give any specific information.

I asked what folder because I am trying to figure out if you trying to delete a system protected folder, a program folder, a folder installed by a virus, or just a folder with some documents or other files in it.

I am trying to delete "Ludashi" and "KuaiZip" which are some virus/malware program I accidentally instaled and now I am trying to remove them, but when I do it says the folder is running in another program, so I can´t delete.

The solution may be to boot in safe mode and delete these folders or if you are more advanced into command prompt, another solution may be to launch linux from usb and try to remove it.
Cheers.

I still can´t delete the folder, even in safe mode!

The proper way to do this is to remove the drive and attach it externally, via USB adapter, to a known clean machine where you scan and clean the drive. You can at that time delete the two directories giving you problems since there will be nothing running to keep them open and untouchable. FYI, directories within "C:\Program Files" and "C:\Program Files(x86)" are system protected and even an administrator level account cannot manipulate them without jumping through many hoops.
