The motherboard is better than te H110M-K, they both support the i7 6700k, but you need an overclockable motherboard to overclock a K processor, in this case you will need a Z170 chipset motherboard if you want to overclock.

The GA-B150M-DS3H has more PCie lanes, more USB 3.0 ports, has a M.2 connector, 2 more ram slots, supports 64gb max memory, 2 more sata connectors etc etc. The most significant differences are the M.2 connector and the 2 more ram slots.

I have a B150M-D3H, more featured than the DS3H. Has heatsink on VRMs and has 3 fan header.

The i5 6500+1060 would be alot better, even an i3 6100+1060 would be better than a i7 6700+1050.

Forgot to say, fan headers are pins in which you put case fans in the motherboard. VRMs (Voltage Regulator Module) are the electronic components which is responsible to convert, deliver power to CPU from motherboard. VRMs are also found in GPUs. These can get hot.
