CPU heating issue (High temps with watercooling) - dumbfounded

Before I get started, here's the specs involved with my heating issue:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 (I know, I picked a hot one)
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
OS: Windows 10
Case: NZXT S340
Cooler: Corsair h100i GTX
Running the two fans that came WITH the h100 in a pull config, with back/top case fans blowing out. All case fans are 120mm except for the top which is a 140mm.

I'm going crazy trying to figure out what's going on, and maybe I am just a little crazy and that IS the problem. lol

Long story short: I've been running the h100i cooler on my AMD CPU since the early spring. Generally, it ran super quiet and worked amazing; but I've never been religious about paying attention to my temperatures....until this cooler kept getting louder and louder until it was constant that the pump/fans were running at full. With that said; I remember having idle temperatures of about 18-24c with the cooler running in balanced mode when first installed. Now, I have to have it running at max (2700rpm fans that came with the cooler and the pump running at 3060rpm according to Corsair Link) just to get it to idle at 28-38c.

The moment I have just battle.net open, or Malwarebytes for instance, that idle temp goes right up to 40c. If I run Malwarebytes, it'll go up to 46-48, World of Warcraft I'll be 50+ in no time and eventually far too close to

These aren't numbers, or cooler noise I'm used to dealing with with the h100i GTX....and it's driving me up the wall trying to figure out what's up.

I have:

1) Cleaned out the case/rad with compressed air/microcloth as best as I could
2) checked/rechecked the seating of the heatsink
3) Reapplied thermal paste twice in both a pea and cross config with zero changes (stock paste pre-applied to the h100i didn't look TOO bad but figured since nothing else was working....)
4) Checked to see if I had some stupid processes in Win 10 causing it to heat up when supposedly at idle
5) Verified these temps with more then one program

Here's a quick HWMonitor screenshot with some voltages, temps, and fan info in case in might be helpful..I've never touched any of the voltages or anything though, BIOS is all at stock. This was taken just while sitting on the desktop with Chrome open.

.........is it worth reinstalling Windows 10 and hope something strange is just going on? lol

Solution
Maybe you should try some canned air and a cloth of some sort and try to clean some gunk out of the radiator, coolant should not escape that quickly, but dust is another thing. Maybe this will help to lower your temperatures.

It's likely a cooler problem. Over time, collant can escape by evaporating. Just becuase the liquid cant escape throgh a gap, a gas may still be able to. It could also be cloged. How long have you used the cooler?

Well the two of you at least make me feel a little better that I'm not just an idiot. haha

@ Ne0Wolf - I can't remember the exact timeframe, but I installed the cooler in March-April I believe
