Is PSU switched on on the back?
Power cable plugged in all the way?
24pin cable plugged into motherboard?
4/8 pin CPU cable plugged into motherboard?
Cables for video card plugged in (if applicable)?
Is the power button cables from the front of the case to the motherboard still plugged in?

Are you sure you didn't miss plugging in anything? 24 pin motherboard power, 6/8 pin CPU power, and ect. Do a paperclip test to make sure you don't have a dead PSU. If none of this works then... Most likely the death of your old power supply that you just replaced killed your parts when it died. This is a thing that happens with low end power supplys. Let's hope that this is not the case!
