So, I had this issue where I had to change my boot order to my hard disk, for some reason in my bios it selected USB hard disk, which I don't have.
So, before when I had this issue I just had to change this setting, and save and reset and everything booted normally.
Today I come home, computers off - I turn it on and get the same message and naturally I do the steps above but I keep getting the same message. I even reset the cmos jumper with the pins, booted it up, checked boot sequence, reset and saved and no fix.

Any ideas? I took out the battery and I'm letting it sit out while I eat dinner. Maybe try booting from OS disk?
