How do you get a hold of toshiba? Do they support their products? I cannot get into the boot menu on start up . Extremely hit or miss. Sometimes F12 works. There is no prompt per se, just the TOSHIBA logo. Tried hold and repeated press for 0, F2, and F12. Do you hit key before power up, precisely with power key, or when logo appears and how precise to you have to be? I have a C55D-B5310. Anyone besides me see the insanity in this? Is Microsoft behind this? Thanks for reading.
