I'm looking for a desktop build for video editing and that can run FF XIV to at least medium settings under $500.

I would only changed 2 things from the above build of @Hellfire13

This power supply is cheaper, is semi modular and is just as good. Also, i just added a better cheap case in case you could stretch your budget a bit and get a decent case.

Alright, so i decided to change the 2 things you mentioned. Now my next question is how do i install the OS? Don't I need a optical drive or can i install it through a USB?
