Hi there,

Today I spent the money on new gaming hardware. I got the intel i7 6700k CPU, and decided it's already time to overclock. I managed to get it to run just fine at 4.7Ghz with around 1.35ish volts flowing through, but from what I have been reading around on the internet is that it is bad for it's health.

Any thoughts on the it?

My current rig:
- Intel i7 6700k
- Asus Z170 Sabertooth Mark 1
- 32GB DDR4 G. Skill RAM
- Corsair H50 watercooling assembly

If you need photos of more details, I can upload images if need be. Thanks for the help!

*Update 1* I checked CPU-Z for the core voltage, it said 1.440V. From what I saw in other posts, that is in the danger zone, correct?

My temperatures seem to idle around 31-35*C, and when I stress it jumps to around 50-60. My previous CPU (i5 4690k) usually idled around 27*C which is why I am a tad worried.

Thanks for the reply!
