I am having a weird issue with my EVGA GTX660. It would seem that I am having an "interlacing" issue. During video playback there is a VERY noticeable line in the video. Any ideas?? I have the latest drivers installed. I still maintain that it is a Microsoft ploy. I had ZERO issues until they started pushing Windows 10. (I did NOT take that offer and deleted all files related to that update, that I knew of.) I have Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1. Any help would be awesome.
