i am planing to buy a new gpu for my pc. i have choosen geforce gt 730 2gb gddr5. i have a intel pentium dual core e5700 at 3 Ghz. and 4 gb ram and gigabyte ga-g41mt-s2p motherboard. i want to know that will my cpu bottleneck gt 730 gddr5.

No, you should be OK. Be sure to get the 64 bit GTX 730, tho. The 128 bit version uses an older slower GPU.

The 730 GDDR5 64bit came with 1gb back when new. I'd be very suspicious of a 2gb 64 bit card.
