so, this problem occured few days ago while i was playing some games. PC just shut down and restarted while playing. I thought it might be gpu overheating, but now, after few days without turning on my pc at all, it doesnt even load Windows. Pc starts up, and after 0.5sec or something it restarts and so on without end. What might it be? What should i try/do?

What is the power supply's brand and exact model number? A dying/dead PSU will often send PCs into a boot-loop until it dies for good, possibly damaging your other components along the way. If you have a poor/passable quality PSU, replace it with a better quality one.
