I would like to use a nVidia GT(X) 700+ SERIES (EG. GT 730 GTX 750 Ti etc) but my motherboard does not support it as my PC freezes at the HP LOGO due to the motherboard not supporting the correct boot mode; UEFI/LEGACY BOOT

Which motherboard will be compatible with the processor? (i3 2120 @3.3ghz) and with newer graphic cards?

PC SPECS:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
CPU: Intel Core i3 2120 @3.3GHz
iGPU: Intel HD Graphics
RAM: 1x4GB DDR3
PSU: Stock 300W

MOTHERBOARD: Foxconn 2ABF (1.20)
Chipset: Intel H61

I have found one, please let me know as soon as possible if it is compatible and if you find one which is cheap, and supports the gpu and cpu.

Solution
You can check motherboard CPU support, as well as recommended bios version in MB manufacturer website, like here:
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8H61MX/HelpDesk_CPU/ . This i3 is in the list.
I'd also recommend putting in an i5-i7 processor(2xx0-3xx0 models) , as they are quite cheap now. And 4GB extra Ram.
For graphic cards- probably used cards are best up to the level of $100, when new ones like RX460-GTX1050 become cost efficient.

Alright, so I will be fine upgrading the motherboard to that right? Also, I will eventually upgrade the CPU to an i5 or i7 so that is fine too. Thanks for the graphics card recommendations, I'll probably get a RX 460 :p
