Unable to boot games off of my secondary HDD?

So in my old system I had all my games and my OS on a 1tb WD blue HDD. I've since performed a clean install of windows 10 on a new Samsung evo 250gb SSD that I got. Is there any way I can access and launch my games from that old HDD (I still use it, just got some games on the SSD and OS on there). Most of them just don't launch at all while some launch saying there's a file missing or something? Any games I had installed on steam are greyed out and it starts to re-download them all if I try to launch them.

I really don't want to have to reinstall every game I had before again. :\

Any help would be great. I can add system specs if they're needed but I doubt they are.

Solution
Depending on the games, some may need to be reinstalled.

When it comes to steam, you need to open up your steam and go into the settings and change the directory in where your games are stored. What was once your 1TB C drive, is likely now your D drive. After changing the game file directory, just re-scan your games and they should all become ungreyed as you already have them downloaded.

Hope this helps a bit.

Mkay atleast the steam games will be good to go. Shame Elder Scrolls Online is bugging out. It's like a 40gb download on my 500kbps potato internet. Thanks for the help!
