GT 730 128-bit DDR3 < GT 730 128-bit GDDR5 < GT 730 64-bit GDDR5
Counter intuitive, but true.
That being said, i recommend that you aim for atleast a 1050ti or RX 460 for those games.
Even the integrated graphics on a Skylake CPU is better than those.

Yeah no, a GT 730 is not going to run any modern FarCry game at playable framerates. For Primal, 4, 3, etc, you'll want at the very least a GTX 950 (or a 1050ti/RX 460 like Hlsgsz said), as well as a decent CPU.

It must be a spelling mistake, there is only GT 730 128-bit DDR3, not GDDR5:
