Admirable
For two 1080's in SLI this would be a very solid choice:

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2 1300W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($189.49 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $189.49
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The G2 is a fantastic model, and currently the 1300 is available at an extremely competitive price compared to other PSU's in that weight class.

1300W is way over the tops.
Depending on how much you're looking to overclock get a 850W to 1000W unit.

Good series are:
Corsair Hx, RMx, RMi
Evga Supernova G2, P2
Seasonic Prime, X, SS, G
XFX XTR, XTS, PRO, Black
Superflower Leadex Gold, Platinum
