How much should I pay for a phone?

I really don't know.
Actually I just used my old phone to read, message, call and listen to music.

Anyways, recently I am thinking about purchasing the redmi 3 pro or even the xiaomi mi5 which is 100€ more expansive.

I am not sure, I like the sharper screen, but do I need more performance?

As in your other post, impossible to tell if you need more performance. Does your existing phone work OK? If it's too slow for you then you switch to a faster phone. How much to pay for a phone also depends on you, if you don't play games on it or watch a lot of videos, you can go with a cheaper phone, and it also depends on if you get an unlocked one or one with a contact.
