So the problem is, the download for a game starts fine at about 9mb/s but literally a couple seconds in the speed just absolutely drops down to 500kb/s and eventually completely stops. It will from time to time go up to 500kb/s but not long enough to download anything at all.
Now lets go over the solutions I have already attempted from searching up this problem (I'm only making this post because there have been no solutions given on anything i've searched)
This started about 3 months ago and there have been no changes since.
- I have fully reinstalled steam.
- I change between regions in multiple places in Europe when this happens but nothing changes.
- It is not a problem with my internet as downloads on anything else are completely fine but steam just does not work.
- I've checked my hard drive for problems installing and/or any faults with it and the drive is completely fine.
