Samsung SSd wont set power options

I am using Samsung 750 Evo 120GB. The problem is that after installing Samsung Magician 4.9.7 I cannot set the OS to Maximum Performance. It says "1. Failed to tune power options". In other words Magician`s not setting the power levels correctly. I have carried out a clean install to get any bugs out the system and they still won`t set correctly. Any suggestions please. Running Win10 32 bit. Thanks.

Hello to all out there.
I have found an answer to this problem myself and thought it might help others.
In my system I have two Samsung SSD 750 Evo`s, a 120GB and a 250GB and neither will set the power options up in Windows 10. Samsung technical support had no answer and blamed a fault with the operating system.
By chance | had kept my previous 840 Evo so I put bare Windows 10 with no updates and Samsung`s Magician and Data Migration software on to it. Cloned it on to the 750 Evo and hey presto, the 750`s now set up the power options. I would still like to know why this way works
Samsung need to get this sorted out.
