Need Help on Running GTA V on medium settings

i'm about to get this components by the end of October , i just need suggestions on it if i can run GTA V on medium settings:
CPU: Intel i3-6100 (cooler not yet decided)
MOBO: MSI H110M-PRO VD DDR4
RAM: 8GB 2133Mhz DDR4 RAM
GPU: GTX 750 ti 2GB
PSU: 600w 80+ bronze PSU


i will also put atleast 120GB SSD on it for the OS(windows 7),any suggestions will surely appreciated. thanks in advance!

That is actually not that bad. Maybe consider swapping out the Graphics card for a radeon RX 460

Even if you don't change the graphics card, it should still be fine.

most people really suggest that video card, i'll check with that also.thanks!
