I am lookin for for a new replacement for me this card. I want to be able to get 60 fps on 2016s hottest games. My CPU is a amd 8320

You're going to be bottlenecked in many games by that CPU, but what card you get boils down to BUDGET.

The GTX1070 is probably the highest I'd go. The GTX1080 costs a lot more, and the bottleneck issue for many games will make it not much better than the GTX1070.

Update:
Just FYI, but once games start to code for DX12 and Vulkan better your FX-8320 is going to work a lot better for those games.

Avoid AMD GPU's because your weaker CPU is going to be even more of a bottleneck for DX11 titles since AMD's DX11 drivers use more of the CPU (so if it's already a bottleneck you'll be losing even more).

GTX1070 too expensive?

GTX1060 6GB is the only other solution I can recommend.

You didn't mention resolution or settings, assuming 1080p at high settings I'd say some flavor of 1060 is what you're looking for.

dont expect 60 fps on all new games though, your cpu is pretty weak
