Welcome to the TH Community, @Metin_!
Unfortunately, if your
external HDD's beeps are clicking sounds, you could be dealing with a hardware failure on the drive.
This is something that cannot be fixed, so I'd strongly recommend you consider the assistance of a professional data recovery company (if you have important files stored on the HDD).
In the mean time, you could try connecting the external drive to another computer and also try swapping the USB cable and the USB port where you plug it to the laptop, to see if that will make a difference and get the HDD recognized.
You should also check your
Disk Management in Windows as well as Device Manager to see if the external is listed there as a detected device (storage volume).
If the drive is recognized in any of those places, make sure you run your
HDD manufacturer's brand-specific diagnostic tool to determine the health and SMART status.
Posting some screenshots from Disk Management would be really helpful.
Let me know how it goes.
