My 1tb seagate goflex external beeps 11 times and is not being detected by my laptop? Do you know how to fix it?

Welcome to the TH Community, @Metin_!

Unfortunately, if your external HDD's beeps are clicking sounds, you could be dealing with a hardware failure on the drive. :( This is something that cannot be fixed, so I'd strongly recommend you consider the assistance of a professional data recovery company (if you have important files stored on the HDD).
In the mean time, you could try connecting the external drive to another computer and also try swapping the USB cable and the USB port where you plug it to the laptop, to see if that will make a difference and get the HDD recognized.
You should also check your Disk Management in Windows as well as Device Manager to see if the external is listed there as a detected device (storage volume).
If the drive is recognized in any of those places, make sure you run your HDD manufacturer's brand-specific diagnostic tool to determine the health and SMART status.

Posting some screenshots from Disk Management would be really helpful.
Let me know how it goes.

It is actually not exactly beeping it looks like clicking and stops doing that after 11 times.
I tried to connect it with different computers, Widows and MAC, but it did not work out either :(
I also used Disk Management in Windows but it did not appear in the listed devices.

Hey there again, @Metin_!

This sounds pretty unfortunate! Have you tried connecting it with a different USB cable as well? If you did and it still doesn't work, you most probably are dealing with a failed HDD. :(
I'd strongly recommend you contact your manufacturer's customer support for any data recovery company referrals, if you have important data on the drive that you wish to retrieve. Otherwise, get in touch with them to check the warranty status of your product. If the external HDD is still covered, you should be able to RMA it and get a replacement from them.

Let me know if you have more questions! Good luck!
