Hi. I have a Fujitsu external HDD the HDD (500GB) is already broken. I have an extra 1TB HDD (SSHD), i want to utilize the enclosure but i am encountering a problem. When i use the enclosure the 1TB HDD is ok, but when i put the 1TB HDD to a HDD dock, the HDD dock will not recognized the 1TB HDD, i need to initialize and reformat the 1TB HDD to be able to use the dock. And also if i initialize and format the 1TB HDD using the dock and inserted to the enclosure i need to initialize and reformat again the 1TB HDD. What causing this problem and how to resolve?. Is the enclosure outdated (purchased around 2012)? And how to update or upgrade the firmware if possible?.
