Ok, I am completely confused. My WD 2tb Black Drive has been randomly filling up. I have ran Win Dar Stat and it only shows 187 GB used but my windows shows that 1.1TB is used. Can someone please help me?!! I have no restore points on this drive either!

Solution
It looks like that according to the storage management tool in WIndows, you have used only 39% of the storage capacity on your WD Black, @bajacrazy32! :(
I'd strongly recommend you backup all your important data from the WD Black somewhere off-site, preferably an external drive. Once you have your files copied somewhere safe, I'd recommend re-formatting your HDD through Disk Management.

Afterwards, copy back all your data onto the WD Black and see if the problem would get resolved.

Let me know how it goes & if you have more questions! :)

Hey there, @bajacrazy32!

Can you please share a screenshot of your Disk management in Windows? This would really help us see the exact space that is used on your WD Black. I'd also recommend you try running a cleaning software that would get rid of all redundant system files and temp files that could also be taking up quite the capacity once it piles up. It might also be a good idea to run a malware/anti-virus scan as well.

Keep me posted with the details and the troubleshooting!

Here are the screenshots of my 2TB that keep filing. I have ran both Avast and Malware-bytes and nothing shows up.
