HTPC graphics card advice need

I'm looking for a card for an HTPC machine that will only play 1080. I currently have a 5670 but the card is dying and the onboard, ATI Radeon HD 3300, won't do 1080 smoothly.
Budget: $150 US
Build;
Athlon x4 640
ECS A790GGM-AD3 mobo
8gb generic ram
SeaSonic G series 550w PSU
Antec Three Hundred case
Hyper 212
Windows 10

Why don't you get an RX460, it costs $100-150 and would be more than enough for a HTPC use. It can't run AAA games very well but I assume this wouldn't be an issue.

I can pick up an AMD Athlon 5350 and motherboard for $77 and that combo would work for 1080p. Would I better off to just upgrade?

I'm not looking to play games on it, I already have a separate gaming PC. This PC is used for Kodi and that's about it.
The combo I listed will stream 1080 video just fine.
