Solution
Looks like the message is suggesting you change a BIOS setting... RAM modules may be incompatible, may be different speed or work at different voltages. You may need to switch slots, adjust voltage, enable-disable XMP, change timings, etc. or try a different RAM module.

2. You may have to reset the BIOS

3. Or clean the second RAM slot... If the second slot has always been empty, there's no reason for it to be damaged, and it may only need cleaning for the RAM to slot pins to make good contact. A very small amount of dust or grime can obstruct contact...

A very small amount of dust or grime can obstruct contact between module and slot pins. If it's to dirty you can use a clean cotton cloth impregnated with a bit of alcohol... and to drive it into the slot, wrap the cloth around a paper clip, a credit card, a dime, etc. to reach all ram slot contacts
