Did you already contact your ISP to check if your speeds are not normal? Did you try rebooting the modem and router? How did you test this? Is it the same speed on all computers if you have more than one?

Need to check on more than one system. If you don't want to contact the ISP did you at least reboot the router and modem? How did you run this test, in wireless or cable? If on wireless, connect to a network cable and test that way. Also test with the computer on the modem directly.
