Awesome job with the immediate backup, @Ahmed! This will save you from the data-loss headaches. Unfortunately, I'm unable to see your screenshots for some reason! It gives me a 404 error. :( Could you try uploading them to Imgur for example?

However, if any of the tests from the Data LifeGuard Diagnostics tool has failed, then I'd strongly recommend you check the warranty status of your WD Blue. If it's still covered, you should be able to send an RMA request and get a replacement product from our Customer Support.

Hope this helps you. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Welcome to the community, @Ahmed!

I'd strongly recommend you backup your data from your internal WD Blue HDD somewhere off-site to an external drive or some other storage device (Cloud service) before you proceed with the troubleshooting. According to these SMART attributes, there is one sector that is currently pending. This parameter indicates the current count of unstable sectors. This sector might be read properly at a later point or get re-mapped (transferred to the reserved/spare disk area) and be marked as bad sector (remapped).

Once you have backed up your files somewhere else, I'd advise you to run the QUICK and EXTENDED tests from our Data LifeGuard Diagnostics for Windows as well and then check the SMART attributes of your WD Blue again.

Keep me posted with the troubleshooting!

Hello again, @Ahmed!

I'd strongly recommend you edit your post and delete the serial number of your HDD. This is personal/sensitive information about the hardware that shouldn't be shared in public. Just like I mentioned, if the quick test has failed, then I'm afraid there's not much you can do about this WD Blue anymore. :( If the drive came pre-installed in your computer (PC or laptop), then you should contact the OEM manufacturer for assistance. If the HDD was installed and bought by you, then you should check the warranty status from the link in my previous post and see if it's still covered.

Either way, I'd definitely not trust any important data with the HDD and replace it as soon as possible.
Hope you will be able to get it RMA-ed.

Best of luck! Keep me posted if you need further assistance.
