Hello Everyone~!

I have a Bitfenix Prodigy case without the HD/SSD cage. I'm not the best at visualizing product dimensions and I can't get to my PC for its stuck behind my setup at the moment. I was wondering if the case could hold a GTX1080, Specifically the Asus ROG Strix. Also I was wondering how well that card would do with Nvidia surround with three monitors on 1080p, 1440 and 4k?

Thanks so much!

You're case is 400mm deep with the drive bay removed and has 2 slots worth of space for the GPU. The ROG 1080 is a 2 slot card and 298mm long so providing you have removed the drive tray it should just about fit in your case. In regards to monitors it should be able to do that although why you would want to game on 3 different sized/pixel dens monitors i dont know. Or do you just use 2 of them as browser monitors?

Thanks for the reply SammChisnal!
It's good news that the card would fit. Currently using three of the same model Asus monitors. I haven't really played around with Nvidia Surround on my current card. Do you not recommended it?

Thanks again

If the monitors are the same i would say go for it with the 1080. 3 x 4K monitors it would struggle with though most likely. I would say it would be able to handle 3 x 1440p pretty smoothly though. Personally i dont have any experience with multi-monitor gaming setups, i use my spare two monitors for watching movies while i game and general web browsing so i can't 100% tell you if it is or isn't worth it to game across all 3.

Do you have the m-itx or m-atx version? Both supports graphics cards up to 320mm in length although if its m-itx version then you'll have to remove the top HDD cage.

Here's my recommendation on the monitor setup:
1080p surround 1x1080(around 60 fps) or 2x1070(average 60+ fps)
1440p surround 1x1080(35-55fps) or 2x1080(average 60+ fps)
4k surround 2x1080 or titan or 2xtitan (not worth it considering the high cost + low fps)
Always prioritize SINGLE card's because some games scale horribly or not at all
