I have a samsung 850 EVO 250 GB SSD (232 actually) with only 23.5 GB of free space left.

The problem is that all the files on the entire drive do not take up more than 60 GB.
So that would be about more than 140 GB unaccounted for...

Things that I tried:
- Right-click all files and checked the space used under properties
- Used CCleaner
- Looked for hidden files and folders that might take up space
- Checked Disk Management
- I used WinDirStat to check the drive's used space -> only about 60 GB used
- I've read that the hibernation file might be the culprit but it only takes about 2.5 GB.
- Also the system restore file takes about 7 GB.
- I tried scanning and checking the drive for errors, but no errors where found
- I used Samsung Magician. The program says that the drive is in good health

I have no idea what is wrong...
