Howzit Guys,

Got a slight issue with my ASUS STRIX GTX 980Ti graphics card, was wondering if anyone could give me some decent advise:

My current build is:

Case: Coolermaster Storm Stryker
Motherboard: MAXIMUS VII FORMULA
CPU: i7 4790k
Cooler: Cooler Master Neptune 280 Closed loop Liquid Cooler
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance 2133mhz
PSU: Cooler Master M2 Silent Pro 1000W PSU
GFX card: ASUS STRIX 980Ti
5 HDDs, 1 SSD
Screen: ASUS VG248QE Gaming Monitor

While running the PC normally, like just browsing around the desktop or watching movies, listening to music etc my graphics cards functions normally but when playing certain games like ARC survival evolved (which I know is badly optimized) and more specifically company of hero's 2.

The games will all launch fine and get into their respective main menus but while loading into the map or the level and just as the loading bar completes my screen goes off and a messages pops up saying "DVI NO SIGNAL" and my screen light which is always blue when ON turns to orange, almost like a standby mode?.

You also here the windows sound like you have just removed a USB drive from the PC. You can hear the game music and sound effects in the background but there is no picture on the screen.

Im not sure if its just these games as I haven't experienced the issue with other games such as DOOM 4, Witcher 3, Starwars battlefront, Far Cry 4, Battlefield 1, COD etc etc, seems to be restricted to a few games so not sure if its game related or if its my card but I never had this issue when I first got the card and it seems to be happening more and more often nowadays.

My 980Ti is practically bran new still. Iv had it for about 6 months or less so what could be causing this and does anyone have some advice as to where to go from here. I have all the latest drivers for the GFX card and have the latest BIOS version for my MOBO. I am not overclocking anything and have my computer fans running at MAX RPM aswell as the GFX card fans at max to ensure its not an overheating problem.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards
ROGUE :)
