Im really struggling with a build for a friend of mine.Times are rough on him and his budget is really low (we are talking 2500kn/~340€) and he would really like to buy it at a store that is from coratia.I have sort of specialized in the medium-high end pc-s in the last few years and performance wise i have no idea what to look for the budget.How much could be squeezed out of this budget and give the best current performance.
note. I am aware that the nvidia gtx 1050/ti is being released soon so im really hoping that it will prove to be fair price in croatia
-his preferred tasks on the pc is mostly gaming such as LoL,minecraft etc as he is used to playing not performance heavy games but now he would perhaps like to try something more recent games wise but his current pc cant help him.

Kinda a nice start.. i3-6100 3.7ghz, 2core, 4 thread cpu. This is faster than the FX8350 and at times faster than the i5-4460.
I think Skylake has a fairly decent integrated gpu. It leaves a easy upgrade path where you just drop in a lower wattage card like a new RX480.
-It will need a 2nd hdd for storage, maybe you can reused a existing hdd. No windows.

The big problem is that a copy of Windows will take a substantial chunk out of that budget. That aside, here's something that can handle LoL and Minecraft, just don't expect it to handle big AAA games.

Of course it's cpu limited and wont get those fps with that apu.

-The apu should overclock the cpu if you disable the integrated gpu and increase the power to the cpu.
-Drop the memory speed to the 2nd lower one but keep the voltages and timings the same for the stock speed.
-Increase the fsb by 5mhz untill windows doesn't boot up or it wont post. Drop it to the last speed it ran fine at.
Test the cpu with prime95 for about 20 mins.

-You can skip the cooler if you want or go with a bit smaller or cheaper one. The stock cooler is small but it might still be good enough.

As i see a lot of answers contain the question of windows.to clear it out as a student he has a free licence for windows 10 enterprise

As previously said in one of the replays the windows is not a problem as he has a free copy of it because he is a student
