So I just built my second pc with spare parts I accumulated. Reset Mobo cmos by removing battery for couple of minutes. When I have my gpu installed on the mobo, I get no output through it or the mobo vga. When the gpu is removed, I can normally startup Windows with a vga attached to the mobo. I have a 600w psu so i don't think that's the problem. All cables are for sure connected to where they're suppose to be. My gpu is a visiontek hd Radeon 7850. My mobo is a gigabyte Ga-78lmt-s2. No output only while gpu plugged in
