Mouse makes games lag pls help

When i play games, for example csgo, it runs fine at like 120fps but as soon as I move my mouse it lags and the audio does that weird repeat thing. I recently upgraded with a new Mobo, cpu and ram. Can someone please help? That "stij" thing in task manager isnt there so it's not that

A new motherbd probably means your old windows installation is using all the wrong drivers. Please reinstall windows is what is normally recommended. you can *try* installing all the motherbd drivers from the motherbd manufacturers website. Don't use the ones on the disk if you don't have to, they are old before the disk gets printed usually.
