I won't get into specifics on overclocking itself, but at the basic level;
for lower temps, you need to lower your voltage.

Your voltages/speeds seem to be standard 'go to' options, so I assume you've not done too much 'tweaking'.
1.25V etc.... perhaps you could get the same result from 1.24, maybe 1.23 - it all depends on luck.

If you're stable at 1.25V & 4.5GHz, you're doing well. Many people struggle around 4.4GHz @ 1.3V

I already tried 1.25-1.30 all bsods.
But what about those options intel turbo boost, c1e, c3, c6/c7, Cpu eist and maybe more power limit?


Nobody?
