Seasonic is a bit better. It has better voltage regulation and ripple suppression. The only pro the Silverstone has is it's more efficient, but the Silverstone is still a decent unit.

Any Seasonic or XFX PSU will be a Tier 1 or Tier 2 unit regardless of their efficiency rating. The only Silverstone lineup that competes is with the Nightjar Platinum series. While gold rated, that Silverstone lands in the Tier 3 zone. I would recommend the Seasonic all day long...
