Thanks in advance for helping me out on this.
So here is the issue, it has been happening for a couple months now, and I've decided to deal with it now. Whenever I get into certain 3D games on Steam specifically, they crash (Freezes and requires me to do a force shutdown) about 10-15 minutes in when I am actually playing a match. Specifically CS:GO and Assassins Creed: Syndicate. I'm really confused on what I should do here. I've looked on other posts but they don't help me on my specific issue. I built my desktop about a year ago, so it's not that old. I've run a couple tests and I noticed that when it crashes: I am running a High FPS, and my temps are cool. Should I run memtest? Should I re-install Nvidia drivers? Should I reformat my PC? Thanks again for the help. Here are my specs:

- EVGA Nvidia GTX 960 SC 2GB (Latest Drivers)
- Asus Z97E Motherboard
- Intel i7-4790 Processor
- 2x4 RAM (Forgot Brand Name)
- EVGA 500W Bronze Power Supply
- 1TB Hard Drive (Again forgot name)
- 250GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD Drive
- TP-Link N900 Wireless Dual Band Adapter (Wifi card)
- Corsair SPEC-02 Redshift Case

Thanks for the help again.

What current windows are you using? The recent win 10 update causes massive issues to a lot of people. If you did that massive update try rolling your windows to previous edition. There's guides on the Internet and takes like 10 mins

So I replaced the power supply and the ram, and this did not fix the issue, I will try rolling back my windows version and see if that helps
