Please Help! Problem with display

The problem is that when I watch YouTube and play games and don't move the mouse or touch the keyboard the video playback starts to lag and shutter the sound is fine just the video. But as soon as I move my mouse or touch any button the video becomes smooth again. What is the reason for this?

Also, sometimes the screen goes black and when it comes back a pop up displays that Nvidia driver has stopped working and recovered successfully

Is it a Kernel Error you're receiving? I know this is the basic reply to GPU issues, but have you completely uninstalled the GPU drivers in Safe Mode and then reinstalled them?

Be sure to do a CLEAN INSTALL whenever you update drivers, by the way.

No, I have not done a complete uninstall like that but reinstalling windows would perform a similar job I suppose.
And yes I always perform a clean installation. I don't know whether it's a kernel error but there is somewhere kernel written in the popup maybe.
