My Expansion Portable Drive was viewed by CMD, it's ok, but inaccessible by W10,even after chkdisc (CMD) and after corrections (W10).

I'd recommend going toDisk Management in Windows and checking how your external HDD is recognized there. Sharing some screenshots would be really helpful, too. I'd also advise you to try to access the content of your external drive from another computer (if you have access to one) and using a different USB cable or port on your system.
