The 230 is the newest. More compatible with newer DirectX versions. Should do ok in 720p but dont expect to much at 1080p.

Wait, what? 230 is so damn old, even though 5670 is nothing special either but it's still way better than the 230.
The R5 230 is not meant for gaming, it's not meant for, anything. GT 730 is better than both btw.

That is incorrect the 230 is a rebadged 6450 which is way newer than the 5670. Now none of them are anything special. They all are going to only play at 720p.

I would look for something new with new technologies like directx12 or something. I like the AMD R7 series personally

The Pentium e5700 would bottle neck most all newer R7 GPU's.

Yes, it would be bottlenecked. Maybe look at a Pentium g4400 and new mobo if you actually want success in GTA V. If that's not in your budget I understand. Hell, it's not even in mine...
