Gonna provide as much background as I can so bear with me. I usually leave my computer on overnight and try to reboot it once a week as well as leave it off for a few hours a week. This morning I woke up to my fans at full speed which I thought was odd as the only thing I had left running was Chrome since I had been watching Youtube before bed. I opened CoreTemp to see what was up and found my CPU at 90-100 degrees C. I should point out even when running games like Fallout 4 or Battlefield 4 I never saw temps top 80C. I shut off the computer right away and gave it about 30 minutes to cool down. I then turned it back on and got a CPU Fan Error. I have since solved that by reinstalling my H100i but my CPU temp continues to increase rapidly. For example I let it rest again for another hour. Boot into BIOS and the temp read as 40C in the time it took me to set date and time on the MB it had increased to 90C. The fans did speed up with it so they are definitely working. I was able to get booted into Windows 10 again but it was insanely slow. It took more than a minute for task manager to open once it finally did I found my CPU usage at ~5% but my frequency at 4.34ghz and again temps had been increasing since boot until Windows crashed. I can not figure out what is causing this insane increase in temps and until I do it looks like the PC is shot. Just a brief run down of what I have already done.
Double checked BIOS settings to ensure OC was not on (never have OC my processor)
Removed and reinstalled CPU Cooler
Removed and reinstalled CPU
Reset BIOS from inside BIOS
Reset CMOS

Any and all help would be appreciated. Please ask any questions you have!

Solution
Try using another heatsink (perhaps a cheap aftermarket air cooler or stock heatsink). Test the temperature. If it is lower its your pump fault. If its still very high you should check CPU Voltage, even if you dont overclock. Maybe you set the voltage too high?

There is no vibration on the water block except right at boot but that could be the fans starting up. The tubes are neither hot nor cold to the touch. The light still comes on when I boot. I am going to try a new cooler. Thanks for the suggestion!
