Big noob looking for a cheap sims 4 build

It's been ages since I've had to do anything with my computer kinda lost I'm looking for something that can run the sims 4 maybe a few expansions and genral everyday PC stuff Internet and what not still have monitor keyboard and mouse all that just need a tower would need OS and cd drive other then that I kinda have no clue what I'm looking at but the cheaper the better thanks for any info:)

No you do not NEED a video card just for sims. You never stated your budget though so if you can afford one, then getting one certainly wouldn't hurt.

And I would not even CONSIDER a FX6300 in a new build today. The i3 is a lot better and newer more future proof.

Wait really no video card I assumed you would need on to play any game also always thought laptops were more pricey then desktops any suggestions for them considering what I need
